Blackburn Rovers manager Paul Ince has confirmed that he wants to sign another two players but Ali Al-Habsi won’t be one of them.

The Bolton Wanderers goalkeeper (who is in the final year of his contract) was looking like being Bolton’s number one this season, but after Jussi Jaaskelainen decided to sign a new long-term contract the 26-year-old doesn’t look as if he will be able to feature that often at the Reebok Stadium. The Oman International’s agent Peter Harrison (who we know well!!!) had told skysports.com that Al-Habsi was attracting plenty of interest.

The Official Blackburn Rovers Website has confirmed that an approach was made to Bolton to bring him in as back-up for Paul Robinson, however, as we were told he wasn’t for sell we’ve dropped an interest.
