Having secured a 3-1 victory at Ewood Park with Bradley Dack scoring a brace and Danny Graham finding the net, it’s now a three-point race with Wigan Athletic for the title.
Another victory would see us guarantee automatic promotion though so that has to be the first aim.
Great result… promotion beckons… hopefully more good times ahead for #AGreatClub and #GreatPeople

Reflecting on Thursday night’s victory manager Tony Mowbray hailed the team ‘spirit and camaraderie’ in fighting back from a goal down to take the win and he was certainly hoping to see more of the same later this evening.
Speaking to the Official Site to preview the game, Mowbray insisted that everyone remained focused despite how close we are now to clinching a mathematical return to the Championship for next season.
? "It happened because the lads care about and work for each other. They won't accept defeat."

“I see three games to go and an opportunity to win three matches. The first one is Doncaster on Tuesday, so we’ll prepare the lads and go for three points. If the result is getting out of this league then it will be a fantastic achievement. Let’s try to finish strongly and stay focused. We’ve been on a great run and want to finish it off. The focus at this moment is ongoing to Doncaster and putting in a positive performance to get a result.”

Victory over Doncaster to take care of our business and then half an eye on Bristol Rovers doing us a favour against Wigan could certainly set up the final games of the campaign nicely.
