Keith Andrews has made his feelings clear on Blackburn Rovers by admitting that he can’t see himself at the club ever again.

Andrews left the club in the summer on an initial 6 months loan deal to Championship side Ipswich after being hounded out by booing fans and erratic form.

But the man known rather amusingly as ‘Jogger Double Facepalm’ has enjoyed a new lease of life in the Championship and wants to extend his stay at the club rather than return to his former hunting ground.

And as for Rovers, well…

Keith told the Green’Un24 publication – ‘I can’t envisage myself going back to Blackburn in any way, shape or form. I know I have 18 months left on my contract but I really don’t want to be there.

‘I have come here, enjoyed it and had a new lease of life. I would imagine the chances of me staying are good. I am sure it is something that will get done.’
