Blackburn Rovers manager Owen Coyle has been giving his thoughts following the loss to Fulham yesterday.

Hosting the side at Ewood Park for the game, the visitors took a late one nil victory with a goal in four minutes of stoppage time, and although they had far greater possession on the day, Coyle explained to BBC Lancs Sport in his full time press interviews that he’d have felt disappointed had Blackburn only picked up a point in the game, so to come out with absolutely nothing for their efforts was ‘absolutely gut wrenching’.

He was also quoted talking about transfers and money, and he knows the club need to back him and let him spend as he referenced taking in around the £10million mark and having only spent around the £250,000 mark so far this summer.
