Blackburn won two-nil at Bristol City on Saturday to see Paul Lambert maintain his unbeaten start since becoming the boss. This saw Rovers up to 13th in the Championship and close to the play-offs too.

Lambert shares his views on this win and the three-points it brought as a result in a game he though Blackburn were ‘excellent’ in ‘from start to finish.’

Not only does he talk the win he again voices his opinion on the fact Blackburn ‘absolutely’ need to look to the transfer market in the New Year to ‘be stronger’ but Rovers ‘can’t go crazy.’

With him making a good start since becoming the boss at Ewood Park he said there’s ‘a really good feeling at the club’ with him looking for the club to keep ‘creeping up the table’ but he’s wary of ‘tempering expectation levels.’
