Blackburn’s second-match in four-days resulted in a point taken from a goalless draw at Ewood Park against Nottingham Forest on Monday.

Paul Lambert, who remains unbeaten as Blackburn boss, thought Rovers ‘should have had more’ with him saying the first half was the best performance he’s seen from his side so far.

There were enough chances in that opening 45-minutes to have won it with him saying Blackburn ‘dominated the game against a good side’ with him ‘delighted with the effort.’

This point makes it 11 from 15 on offer with that ‘a massive return’ but he admitted (having played an won on Friday) Blackburn ‘tired before the end’ but that was to be expected in a way after ‘a big effort’ with him happy overall with the point.
