Manager Paul Lambert has given his thoughts following last night’s draw with Nottingham Forest.

Making the trip to the City Ground to face off against Forest, the hosts took the early lead through Blackstock in the 15th minute, but Blackburn soon found themselves back on level terms with Danny Graham hitting the equaliser on 22.

That was how the scoring ended, and Lambert would definitely have liked to have seen a more potent attacking display with only two registered shots on target across the 90, but he did pick out Connor Mahoney for having two good feet, being a threat and having ‘fantastic ability’ with his performance on the evening as he spoke to press after the game.
