  • Bentley is a class act , and I can see already that the forward of the month poll looks about done and dusted as well !!

  • He’s certainly starting to show this top form isn’t he, the form that it’s always been known he’s had. You’re right about the forward poll, Benni will stroll off with it, probably followed by Nonda!

  • Bentley gets my vote already for player of the month too, he has shown greta improvement this season already and I reckon will take Tugay’s Midfield Dynamo title… Once Reidy is back then our midfield will be looking very strong. Time for Bentley to get his own song!

  • I’m not even going to attempt to make up a song for Bentley as I can’t sing at all, even in text it would be out of tune!

  • Bentley has improved I think its being settled in the rite wing has done it, the partnership between him and Emerton has developed well. You can see why Wenger was keen to keep him around, but he was just too good to play bit part for Arsenal!!

  • i voted for him because he is just a class example of a star RM we converted him from a foward to a RM and since then he has been a star

  • He also got my vote, not decided on the overal vote yet. He has been quality hasen’t he, so I’ll totally agree with you Clint that you can see why Wenger merely wanted him going on loan. He wouldn’t, or couldn’t give him a place so he forced his hand and gave him an ultimatum, you don’t give Wenger this do you, and he failed, but Rovers have benefited so everybodies happy!

  • I feel he is really stepping up to the mark. I just hope that he continues to push himself and doesn’t rest on his laurels. Well done to Bentley

  • If he contiunes to push on like he is and carries on impressing in the England U21’s do we dare entertain the thought of an England call up?

  • Its just rite that he gets a call up into the English squad at sometime, England need an attacking rite winger to complement Downing on the left. Time to watch Arsenal again, rumors are that Bednter is not going unless they have a squad place, Wenger say’s he’s not going to play in the reserves – although we have good up and coming strikers it would be another coup

  • Lets hope he does get a chance with England in the future. This Arsenal striker is a quality footballer but a few games on loan with Birmingham may have gone to his head. You can’t be demanding a first team place with Arsenal off the back of that can you?
