Best loaned to the Owls

Sheffield Wednesday have signed Blackburn outcast Leon Best on loan, using the emergency loan window to bring the striker in until March 12.

The club do have the option of extending the deal under the terms of the loan window, but this should represent something of a fresh start for a player who Rovers don’t want and with the player being so vocal about Rovers in recent times.
