Morris has made two sub appearances in the last two matches with cameos against Wolves and Man United and has certainly looked the part out on the left.

Morris has followed in the footsteps of Phil Jones, Martin Olsson and Grant Hanley by graduating from the up and coming Rovers academy and is set for a bright future.

His manager certainly seems to think so…

‘He’s another youngster bursting through the seams,’ Allardyce told BBC Radio Lancashire.

‘It’s a real delight for me to have so many young players in the squad.’

‘We’ve pushed him up into the squad to see what he’s made of – he’s had two little tastes now, one was very disappointing last week because he made his debut on the subs bench at Old Trafford but exciting for him and his family.
