Blackburn return to ‘the day job’ with a Championship fixture against rivals Bolton taking place on Wednesday, which is of course a game that had to be rescheduled because of our FA Cup run.

Liverpool will come to Ewood next month but tomorrow it’ll be Bolton, knocked out by Liverpool earlier in the competition, that we face as we look to get an unlikely play-off push back on track. Markus Olsson still believes (Click Here) anyway!

Alex Baptiste and Jay Spearing (ineligible) will miss out against their parent clubs with injuries keeping out Jason Lowe (foot) and Shane Duffy (knee) for the season.

Grant Hanley (calf), Josh King (hamstring) and David Dunn (calf) all need to be ‘assessed’ before decisions are made on their inclusion.

Bolton will have new loanee signing Giles Coke and Paddy McCarthy available with Emile Heskey (calf), Craig Davies (hamstring) and Andy Lonergan (concussion) all ready to return.

Bolton beat us two-one at the Macron Stadium on Boxing Day so we’re looking for a measure of revenge but with them winning six of the last seven the omens aren’t great are they!

Can we get all three-points? This is the topic of our latest poll to your right, which is asking:-

Blackburn win
Bolton win
