BLACKBURN ROVERS v HULL CITY
Both sides claimed all three points on the opening day of the season last weekend but it was Paul Ince’s Blackburn side that won the most plaudits with their impressive victory away to Everton, albeit with a winner deep into injury time. Hull defied the bookies to beat Fulham at home but they’re going to find it a bit tougher at Ewood Park. Anything short of victory will be not be tolerated by the new Rovers boss, especially in front of their home crowd, and many will therefore see this as the home banker of this week’s fixtures.
