Cardiff have had a second bid for Blackburn striker Jason Roberts turned down.
Championship side Cardiff had hoped to sign J-Rob during the summer transfer window, but they have been told they have virtually no chance as Rovers are not willing sellers.
Which is good news as far as I am concerned. Jason has a shot at a good first team run next season and it would be silly to go now as he had a good run at the back end of last season.
There are some that are down on Mr.Roberts due to his lack of finesse but you can’t argue that having a striker with pace abd power is worht having in the Blackburn squad/team.
‘It looks like Jason is staying at Blackburn now from what I have seen,’ chairman Peter Ridsdale told The Cardiff Post.
Good news. Keep it coming.
