Congratulations to the Boss!!!

On behalf of all of us here at Vital Blackburn, we would like to wish the man at the top of the list, Mr Michael Delap and his lovely partner a big warm congratulations on their engagement.

It took Mr Delap a while to pop the question, however, it still wont prevent Bom and myself from labelling him certain things which might upset certain people.

So we wish the future Mrs Delap all the best, as im sure she will have a handful to deal with!
