The Argentinian Prodigy looks like he still has not convinced the VBERS…..
Signed on a 6 month loan deal from Chelsea, Franco Di Santo has unexpectedly led the Rovers frontline for the majority of the season. Despite all the hard work, tactical ability and effort, Di Santo has the loan goal to his name, probably the easiest goal he will ever score, a header into an open net in the Derby against Burnley.
Whilst only scoring the one goal, Di Santo has shown us glimpses and flashes of brilliance, the scissor kick against Villa, the brilliant flick off for Dunny in the derby….
However, it looks like the lack of goals has casted some doubt in the minds of the VBERS…..
