Blackburn Rovers manager Mark Hughes believes the 4-1 loss to Man Utd was down to ‘Title-winning form’ as his side conceded all their goals in the second half, as they had no answer to the league leaders’ laying siege after Matt Derbyshire put Rovers 1-0 up in the first half.

  • Credit where it is due Manchester United were a different class today in the second half and WOULD have beaten ANYONE! But for Bradders it would have been a heavier defeat than the 4-1 suffered.

  • Agree about Friedel. BTW, assuming he won’t play for more than 2 years, do you think Brown is the solution?
    I’ve once thought that kelvin Davis is the answer. Now I think that Boaz Myhill is also a great idea…

  • I’m confident in Brown’s ability although the keeper at Hearts, the one who has fallen out with the owner (who hasn’t!) is pretty tasty. Bradders could, if he wants have a good three-years plus yet though!

  • Personally, surprisingly no I have to be honest. I’m just glad we didn’t lose by more! But after going one up it was disappointing.
