Hughes Shopping For Bargains

Blackburn Rovers manager Mark Hughes has admitted that he doesn’t expect much transfer activity when the transfer window re-opens.

With funds not readily available at Ewood Park, unless the reported takeover FINALLY can go through Hughes will once again be shopping for bargains (which he does remarkable well anyway!!!) in January. However, Sparky insists that he will be OK with that as he is happy enough with the squad as it is, so he wouldn’t be going out of his way to sign players anyway.

Hughes said: “I think the squad is strong enough but if opportunities present themselves then we’ll have a look at it.

“But we think we are strong enough to get through this
.”

Personally I DO think that Rovers need to pick up a midfielder, and possibly a defender.
