The Football League have now announced the Match Day officials that will take charge of the game against Wolverhampton Wanderers this weekend.

Blackburn Rovers travel to Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday April 9 for the game at the Molineux and the match carries a 3pm kick off.

Referee: Mark Brown
Linesmen: Andrew Turner and David Benton
Fourth Official: Graham Salisbury

Match Day referee Brown is yet to officiate a Blackburn game this season.

He has however already taken in 31 other matches so far in 2015-16 and in those games, across all competitions and football divisions, he has handed out a total of 94 yellow cards and three red cards.

He was most card happy in the match between Nottingham Forest and Birmingham on January 12 with six yellows and one red shown. He has shown six yellow cards in two games since then.

Let`s hope it`s not another repeat and more of our players edge closer to automatic bans.
