McCarthy Thinks Roque Should Stay

Benni McCarthy has urged Roque Santa Cruz to sit tight and stay with Blackburn Rovers.

Rumours are a plenty that Santa could be on his way to Man City, Real Madrid or Spurs depending on which paper you want to believe.

But the back in form McCarthy, reckons the £18million-rated hitman should think about what he would be giving up by leaving Rovers.

Boom Boom, speaking to Sky Sports said, “Blackburn is a fantastic place to be. It is a great family club.

“I doubt it`s the same elsewhere.

“So, definitely, the grass is really not that green on the other side. Life is always harder.”
