Morecambe extend Edwards loan

Rovers have agreed to let Ryan Edwards extend his Morecambe stay, meaning he’ll stay with the North West League 2 side till the end of the current campaign.

Edwards, who is tipped for a bright future at Ewood Park, initially joined Morecambe during the emergency loan window for a month’s spell – but both clubs have opted to extend the stay till the end of the current campaign.

Edwards has been seeing regular action at the Globe Arena.
