Morten Gamst Pedersen has been linked with a January move to Glasgow Celtic as the window moves ever closer.

Plenty of papers, TV channels have run with the agent led-speculation that an out of favour player in the Premier League will move to Scotland – original!

However there could be something to this but left-winger and throw in taker MGP seems more keen to appease both clubs!

Pedersen, speaking to Sky Sports said – ‘(My agent) Rune Hauge takes care of all that. All I want to do is play football.’

‘But he admitted he is flattered to be linked with Tony Mowbray’s Celtic.

‘They are a big club in Europe. They play regularly in Europe and that is a bonus for all players,

‘I have never played in the Champions League and that is a dream for me, of course.

‘At the same time, I will honour my contract with Blackburn.’

Interesting…
