After collecting a first League One win of the season at Bradford City last Saturday Rovers (beaten by rivals Burnley in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday) bid to make it back to back victories and secure a first at Ewood Park against MK Dons in the process.
There were positives from the Lancashire derby defeat and Tony Mowbray will hope the players draw from these as the focus returns to the main event of League One. A first three point return will be wanted from the expectant home support.
