Rovers have been hit with a new bid for want away goalie Mark Bunn.

Norwich had a £500,000 bid rejected out of hand last week but have come back in with a fresh bid around £750,000 in an attempt to bag their man – a day after Mark handed in a transfer request.

Bunn has had second thoughts about staying with Rovers after it emerged that rival Paul Robinson was not to leave the club this summer, as was expected.

This has left Bunn questioning whether he’ll get a run in the side and as a result looking at options that are not based at Ewood Park.

Quite whether he’ll see Norwich as a good shout is yet to be seen with a move there more than likely resulting in playing understudy to their number 1 – John Ruddy.

It’s an interesting one, that’s for sure.
