Speaking to Rovers.co.uk, Steven said – ‘It is a big move for me and I am really pleased to have done it with Blackburn. It is true it will be a big difference as I am used to playing in the championship in France but I am young and I am here to learn.

‘I really want to do the best to improve my game, training every day with experienced players and give my best for the new challenge.

‘It is a big challenge and I want to succeed. I am sure the coach and the staff will help me to become a good player.’
