Ooijer Is Not For Sale

Blackburn Rovers chairman John Williams has made it clear that Dutch international Andre Ooijer is not going to be moving away from Ewood Park this summer.

This statement comes after increased speculation the Dutch International could be on the move to Panathanaikos.

Williams told the Lancashire Evening Telegraph: ‘We’ve not received a written bid from Panathinaikos, but I’ve made it clear anyway that Andre isn’t for sale.’

Ooijer has recently stated he may consider a move but the longer he hangs around in my eyes the better…. after a rough start in THAT game against Chelsea, he is arguably Blackburn’s most consistent defender.
