Blackburn Rovers defender, and former skipper Andy Todd is a man in demand according to his agent Peter Harrison.

Todd has been a dead man walking at Rovers for the best part of a year now, maybe more!!! He has been set for move after move (according to Harrison) in the past but nothing has come off but Harrison is adamant that Derby County and West Bromwich Albion are very much interested and could pay a fee of around £700,000.

Speaking in the Birmingham Mail Peter Harrison said:

West Brom have shown an interest and there have been talks held but that’s as far as it’s gone.

“He’s keen to leave. We are in discussion with a number of clubs, with Albion and Derby among those keen.

“It’s still too early to say where Andy will end up but hopefully something will be resolved soon
.”

Meanwhile it has been alledged that Rovers rejected a bid from Fulham for striker Jason Roberts today.

Talk in the media is of a bid of £2.5 million for the striker (there is an article about this on Vital Fulham, so join the debate about this on their site also by clicking here) who struggled for most of last season with injuries, and then had a battle to regain his place, but when he did he started to show just what he can do.

Rovers boss Mark Hughes is very keen to keep hold of Roberts but an improved bid might force his hand?!?!
