Blackburn Rovers striker Jordan Rhodes not only missed out on scoring for Rovers in the 2-2 draw with Millwall on Tuesday evening he’s also missed out on a Scotland call once again.

Rhodes hasn’t found the goals as easy to come across this season, however, he’s still chipped in and has contributed to the team with his partnership with Rudy Gestede continuing to blossom, his team-mate seems to be getting the headlines at the moment though!!

Amazingly though Scotland Manager Gordon Strachan has again omitted him from the International’s against the Republic of Ireland and England, which means it’s now more than a year since he was last capped at International level.

Scotland’s loss is our gain!!

Selected though once again is Rovers skipper Grant Hanley, we’ve just got to hope that this time he doesn’t come back from International duty with an injury like he did last time that kept him out of a couple of matches.
