Ruben Rochina has been in England for just under a year now but has said very little about his thoughts on moving from Spain to Blackburn… until now.

The young starlet gave a brief interview to goal.com about his time at Ewood Park (he did also talk about Barcelona but we don’t care about them ;)).

Rochina told Goal.com – “The most important thing is that I am in a professional team in the Premier League. I like the Premier League.

The first and second months were not easy because I didn`t speak English. I needed a translator. And because I was two months out [injured] in Barcelona, I didn’t play anything’

“It`s difficult for me in England because when I came here I was not fit. When I came to England I needed more training. I needed different things and it`s not easy for me. But now it`s all good.’

Other good news about Rochina is provided in the news that the clause in his contract where by Barcelona could have bought him back for afixed fee has expired.

Which means he is now a Rover on a fixed term deal until 2015 or until we find out he has a minimum fee release clause in his deal that allows Manchester United to move in and steal him.
