The Emergency Loan Window is drawing close so if Blackburn Rovers want to make any late additions to the squad (which then can’t be altered until January) we’ve got to move quickly.

Speculation has suggested that Rovers are interested in Tom Lawrence?? Ipswich Town and Cardiff City are all reported to be interest.

However, Sky Sport says that any move for the twenty-year-old Leicester City forward wouldn’t be made until January though with the Premier League side open to the idea of letting the Welsh Under-21 International spend the second half of the season away from the club on loan.

Leicester signed the highly rated forward to a four-year contract from Manchester United on the Summer Transfer Deadline Day, however, as yet he’s not made his first-team debut but is seen as “one for the future” and has enjoyed success with the clubs Under-21 side as well as clubs at Championship level on loan previously.

I’m not sure if we need another players in the attacking area though do we?? It could depend on what happens with those that we’ve currently got at Ewood Park in the New Year though!!
