Vital Blackburn’s most recent poll asked, “Rovers Man of the Match v Derby County?” We voted David Bentley.

It seems to be either Bentley or Roque Santa Cruz, but this time it was Bentley who picked up a Man of the Match Award. His 49% saw him win this against Derby, a goal and another superb performance enough to see him home.

Other than Santa Cruz (28%) the rest were much the same as each other, although Brad Friedel (8%) and (strangely!!!) Martin Olsson (7%) did stand out from the rest.

So in summary
B Friedel – 8%
B Emerton – 1%
Z Khizanishvili – 1%
R Nelsen – 0%
S Warnock – 1%
D Bentley – 49%
Tugay – 0%
Mokoena – 0%
M G Pedersen – 0%
R Santa Cruz – 28%
B McCarthy – 1%
M Olsson (Sub 84mins) – 7%
M Derbyshire (Sub 88mins) – 3%
D Dunn (Sub 90mins) – 1%
