Vital Blackburn’s most recent poll asked, “Rovers Man of the Match v Manchester United?” We voted Brad Friedel.

Friedel claimed ANOTHER Man of the Match Award (and in all truth should’ve won EVEN more this season!!!) for his display against Man United last Saturday. A string of world-class saves saw him comfortably win this with 59%. His nearest challenger was Roque Santa Cruz with 29%.

The rest were much the same as each other, with no one standing out from the others really, arguably you could say Ryan Nelsen (4%) and Steven Reid (4%).

So in summary
B Friedel – 59%
B Emerton – 0%
C Samba – 1%
R Nelsen – 4%
S Warnock – 0%
D Bentley – 1%
S Reid – 4%
J Vogel – 1%
M G Pedersen – 1%
R Santa Cruz – 29%
J Roberts – 0%
A Mokoena (Sub 85mins) – 0%

The current poll, suggested by Hughes Da Man is asking “How damaging would missing out on the UEFA Cup be to Rovers?
