Blackburn Rovers are understood to have agreed a deal to sign Norwegian International Tore Reginiussen.

Reports in today’s media are claiming that a £1.5 million deal has been agreed with his Norwegian club Tromso and the 22-year-old will complete a move to Ewood Park in January when the transfer window re-opens. However, Reginiussen will undertake a medical and discuss terms next week.

It is also understood that the Norwegian comes at the recommendation of his International teammate and former Tromso star Morten Gamst Pedersen.
