Rovers are all set to go into battle with Burnley tomorrow lunchtime, with the game enjoying the sort of build you’d expect for a televised local derby.

But Rovers have some injury concerns ahead of the game with Grant Hanley, Tom Cairney, Matt Kilgallon, Josh King and David Dunn all rated as ‘doubtful’ ahead of the game – and manager Gary Bowyer has inisted he’ll give all of them every chance to stake a claim for the match, with the clubs final training sesson being held today.

New signing Michael Keane has been drafted in for centre back cover and with doubts specifically over Kilgallon’s ability to take the field tomorrow he is expected to make his full debut in the ultimate baptism of fire.

Other than that, Rovers have not received any late injury news, with the lads now full steam ahead for the big one tomorrow.
