Blackburn Rovers are understood to have agreed a deal to bring Marco Zoro to the club on trial.

The Ivory Coast International is contracted to Benfica until 2010 but has fallen out of favour with the Portuguese clubs manager Sanchez Flores and doesn’t featured in his future plans, despite only signing in 2007. Premier League rivals West Ham United are also understood to be in the running for Zoro, with him actually revealing on Friday that he would be going to London on trial.

Whenever the Ivorian does come to Ewood Park (if he does?!?!) he is likely to spent a week trying to impress Sam Allardyce.
