Former Chelsea, Liverpool and Middlesbrough player Bolo Zenden has been at Brockhall in an attempt to earn himself a deal with Blackburn Rovers.
The former Dutch international is a free agent and rolled up to the Rovers training ground to prove his fitness and it is believed the club are considering offering him a new deal.
With apparent ‘contract problems’ stopping Simon Vukcevic from playing much first team action this season it seems the opportunity to bring in a free agent who would cost nothing in the way of a transfer fee appeals.
At 35 years of age though… can the cultured play maker still roll?
