If people ever doubted the Blackburn Rovers fans European commitments the fact that the initial allocation of 2,500 tickets for the group fixture with Feyenoord has sold out proves otherwise.

With the initial allocation being snapped up by an army of travelling Rovers fans club officials have applied for extra tickets to accommodate those still wanting to travel to Holland for a match that could confirm Rovers’ progression into the last 32. A win will guarantee this; a point all but confirms it.

Rovers’ UEFA Cup group E fixture with Dutch giants Feyenoord takes place next week on Thursday 23rd November.

If you are not one of those fortunate enough to be travelling to the game don’t forget that the match, as with our previous game against FC Basel is live on British Eurosport.

  • Apparaently the club are still taking applications for tickets but can’t assure people of anything but have requested more tickets. As far as I know no word has been given on what will happen yet though?
