Blackburn Rovers are understood to be ready to battle with Bolton Wanderers for Valencia midfielder Miguel Angel Angulo.
The 32-year-old’s agent (Jose Luis Tamargo) is expecting the former Spanish International to be released due to his long-term service at the Mestalla, which has seen European and domestic honours gained.
Tamargo said: “He has been in Valencia for many years and I believe this solution is favourable for everyone.“
Angulo is understood to be interested in a move to the Premier League with Bolton believed to have already offered a contract to the midfielder, however, Sam Allardyce is also understood to be interest in bringing Angulo to Ewood Park 14-years with Valencia. If staying in Spain was preferred Tenerife could also be an option?
