Santa Cruz Player of the Month (Jan)

Vital Blackburn’s most recent Poll asked you “Player of the Month for January?” We voted in favour of Roque Santa Cruz.

After winning the Forward of the Month poll by a country mile Santa Cruz JUST scoops the overall Player of the Month poll also with 39%, this saw him narrowly edge out David Bentley who finished as the runner-up with 34%.

The rest were much the same as each other, although Brett Emerton (10%) did stand out from the rest.

So in summary
David Bentley – 34%
Matt Derbyshire – 7%
David Dunn – 5%
Brett Emerton – 10%
Brad Friedel – 5%
Roque Santa Cruz – 39%

With the Player of the Month for January out of the way, the Goal of the Month for January will come soon, but first the current poll inspired by The Rovers Players is asking, “Rovers Man of the Match v Everton?”
