Reading captain Graham Murty has revealed how Blackburn Rovers midfielder Robbie Savage stunned James Harper into silence – for three weeks!!!

This was during a recent meeting between Blackburn and Reading at Ewood Park.

Murty told the Daily Record: ‘Robbie Savage was put on his a*** by our midfielder James Harper and Robbie shouted: ‘Hey you, I’ve been earning £40,000 a week in the Premiership for a decade, what have you earned?’

James had no reply and took three weeks to get over it.’
