The Blackburn Rovers season is now effectively over isn’t it following the 1-0 FA Cup Quarter-Final Replay defeat against Liverpool on Wednesday evening at Ewood Park.

I’d hope that the players will show that level of commitment and desire for the matches that we’ve got left (and that’s a sign of their commitment to Rovers in the future), however, it’s more likely that some aren’t ever going to play another FA Cup match for us and a few aren’t going to be here next season!!

The chickens are about to come home to roost and despite GB achieving stability – for which he deserves credit – the outlook is bleak.
