BREAKING NEWS courtesy of IndianExpress.com a media outlet that members of the Rao/Desai family actually seem bothered to talk to!

Balaji Rao has been speaking to members of that news organisation in India and some pretty startling expectations have been raised by the brother of the Rao family and co-owner of Blackburn Rovers.

Whilst talking about Pune FC’s rise to fame, in a season which has seen the club challenging in the top five of the I-League. It has been revealed some of Venkys ideas for Rovers in future transfer windows and International breaks.

Balaji Rao, has said the club (Blackburn Rovers) would be coming to India every year not just to play matches in Pune but to also be a part of a ‘quadrangular league’ that, apart from PFC, would involve one major European team along with the winners of the I-League.

That’s right ladies and gentleman. A gruelling trip to India and multiple games in the hot environment in a time where the players should be preparing for the long season ahead. In whatever league it finds itself in, in the coming seasons.

I guess it makes it a lot easier for Venkys to bring Rovers to India to play games infront of the owners then to actually use a £5 million property purchased to make attending games in England easier for the owners?

More fun and games from our mind-boggling owners!

What next? Maybe relocation Wimbledon/MK Dons wise to the city of Pune, and the Red Rose of Lancashire being replaced with a ‘Chicken McNugget and Coke’?!
