Blackburn were beaten 3-2 by Preston in the Championship on Saturday.

Blackburn‘s three game unbeaten run came to an end as Rovers were edged out by the odd goal in five by Lancashire rivals Preston.

Daniel Johnson put Preston ahead early on when he curled home from 25-yards. However, Danny Graham continued his recent goalscoring form with an equaliser minutes later – following up after his initial penalty was saved.

Preston went ahead for a second time as Johnson completed his brace when making no mistake with a penalty of his own on the half hour mark.

Graham’s deflected effort looked to have rescued Blackburn a point until Callum Robinson scored Preston’s winner 10 minutes from time.
