Blackburn drew two-two with Sheffield Wednesday in the Championship on Saturday in Paul Lambert’s first home game in charge of Rovers.

Hope Akpan headed Blackburn into an early lead but this was pegged back late in the first half by Modou Sougou but there was still time for Rovers to again restore the lead before the break when Corry Evans fired home.

Once again this wasn’t a lead that could be held with Lucas Joao earning the Owls a point in the final 10-minutes.

You can see more like this on Blackburn Rovers Football Club.

The above video shows the highlights from this game at Ewood Park, retaining an unbeaten start as Blackburn boss will please Lambert but twice losing the lead will be a disappointment of course!
