The 2017-18 FA Cup proper gets underway with the first round this weekend. We’ll be taking part with the aim of continuing our progress in this world famous competition.

A number of upsets, some would be huge upsets, could be on the cards this weekend as this magical competition gets underway, which will begin with the first round proper and almost certainly bring us some shocks.

It goes without saying the expectation; most definitely the hope at least, will be for a positive result. But will this happen? We’ll find out soon enough.
