Vital Blackburn’s most recent Poll asked you “Player of the Month for May?” You voted in favour of Stephen Warnock.

The impact that Stevie Warnock has made at Ewood Park (Lucas who?!?!) since his bargain £1.5 million move from Liverpool has been superb. He’s threatened in months gone by but finally this month, with 25% just sees off Jason Roberts to be crowned Rovers Player of the Month for May.

Roberts, last months winner came a close second with 21%, and had looked for much of this poll as if he could make it back to back successes after his early seasons struggles with injuries etc.

So in summary
David Bentley – 15%
Matt Derbyshire – 5%
Brett Emerton – 7%
Brad Friedel – 1%
Paul Gallagher – 1%
Benni McCarthy – 7%
Aaron Mokoena – 1%
Ryan Nelsen – 2%
Shabani Nonda – 1%
Morten Gamst Pedersen – 5%
Jason Roberts – 21%
Christopher Samba – 8%
Tugay – 1%
Stephen Warnock – 25%

So Watford, Charlton Athletic and Sheffield United were the teams to drop out of the Premiership. Sunderland, Birmingham City and Derby County or West Bromwich Albion will replace them. The current poll, suggested by Bents4eng is asking, “Who, out of the teams that come up next season do you think is the most likely to stay up?

As for what you think, cast your vote and why not have your say on the latest polls findings?
