Will Sam’s Outburst Help Robbo??

Blackburn Rover manager Sam Allardyce launched a monstrous attack on England manager Fabio Capello on Wednesday, but what will be the consequences of this??

This attack was due to Paul Robinson being left out of Capello’s World Cup Squad. Mr Mikey has covered this, and I think it is hard to disagree with what he (or Allardyce said), however, in the long run is this really going to do Robinson any favours?? Personally I’m not sure that Capello does have any personal issues with Robbo (as Allardyce said) but for whatever reason he does have he hasn’t picked the Rovers goalkeeper and attacking Capello isn’t going to do much to change this is it?

Allardyce has quite rightly defended his player and asked the question why Robbo has been overlooked, however, there might have been a better way to have gone about it as Robbo isn’t going to find it any easier to get into the England squad in the future after this is he, particularly if the England manager does have a personal problem with Robbo (not that I think he does.) Big Sam is a passionate man so we applauded his outburst, however, when he stops to reflect about this he (and Robbo) might start to think he could have gone about it in a slightly different manor, or approach perhaps??
