Injury Strikes for Robinson

Not the best of news for Rovers fans this morning. Paul Robinson was forced of at half time after a collision with Hull City’s Michael Turner. Turner picked up a yellow and Robinson was rushed of for scans.

With Allardyce initially downplaying the injury, it has come to a shock for all concerned that Robinson has suffered shoulder ligament damage. Paul has been an everpresent figure in the Rovers line up since signing from Tottenham. However, it does give our Number 2, Jason Brown, the opportunity to really show what his worth.

In other related news, Mark Bunn has been recalled from his loan spell at Leicester, making him our Number 3 goal keeper at the moment.

Fingers crossed a speedy recovery for Robinson!!!
