Paul Lambert was left bemoaning the fact that Blackburn, in his opinion, didn’t get a penalty in defeat at Cardiff on Saturday with him claiming a ‘stonewall penalty.’

He wasn’t going to ‘complain about it and get into trouble’ though.

Joe Mason’s goal won it for Cardiff with the Rovers boss admitting he was ‘concerned with a run of results’ like the one his side are on with the one-nil defeat at the Cardiff City Stadium making it three-matches lost in a row.

With the January transfer window now open, and with Blackburn free to deal in the transfer market, having ‘seen every player’ who has ‘had a chance to show what they can do’ he’ll be looked at making changes.
