Most of the interest at Blackburn Rovers will be on who stays at Ewood Park today, as this is the most important thing but we’re still in need of a player or two.
Even though the Summer Transfer Window will close at 11pm we’ll have the Emergency Loan Window opening next week so Gary Bowyer could (and I’d assume would) be using this in the months ahead but a permanent arrival is looking good for today.
Shane Duffy is reportedly close to completing a move to Ewood from Everton after undergoing a medical today with a fee believed to be around £1.5million agreed for the Republic of Ireland International.
