1) Welcome to Vital Filip, give us a few words about yourself, who are you, where do you come from and how did you get to Blackburn?

Hi, My name is Filip Pivkovski and I´m born in Malmö in Sweden. I came on trial when I was 15 and trained and played really well. After a 1 week trail Blackburn Rovers FV offered me a contract and whised me to stay.

2) Our Academy system/structure is second to none, how has our system benefited your progression and ability so far. Can we see Filip in the first team any time soon?

The training down at the academy is always competitive and its always a good level. I have added on lots to the physical side of the game since I came to Blackburn and learned how to play more for the team than myself. I hope so to be able to crack into the first team in the near future!

3) Tell us a bit about your fellow team mates. Who can we look forward to progressing into the first team squad in the near future.

I think Adam Henley is a really good player and very talanted.

4) Captain of the Swedish International Under 19 team must be an absolute honour. How does it feel to lead your country out, hearing the national anthem with the Captains Arm Band on?

Yes it`s a real honour, and I am really proud to be leading my country. I always look forward to playing with my national team because it is a special feeling when you put on that Yellow and Blue shirt!

5) With fellow Swede Martin Olsson in the first team, does he provide some guidance to assist you both at club and international level?

Yes Martin Olsson has helped me alot on the pitch and also off the pitch. He is a very good friend of mine and also a very good mentor. We always hang out after training and just relax and talk about football and arguing who is the best on fifa ha ha!

6) Who was your idol growing up as a footballer?

My idol has always been Ronaldo Luís Nazário De Lima. (The original Ronaldo, Striker!)

7) What is the best bit of advice you have ever received?

To always believe in myself, never give up and always hold my head high

8) Who is the most professional footballer at Blackburn to deal with and who is the funniest character to be around!

The most professional have to be Christopher Samba or Ryan Nelsen. The funniest in the club has to be Christopher Dilo, the Under 18s Goal Keeper.

9) If you could leave one message for all Blackburn Rovers fans, what would it be!

To always support the club even through the dark days. And that am always willing to answer questions on twitter @FilipPivkovski

On Behalf of all at Vital Blackburn, we would like to thank Filip for his time and wish him all the Best at Ewood Park and for Sweden.
